Applying an array of methods in our thoughts and analytical processes helps break down the subject to be dealt with from different angles, therefore attending to the desires of all of our group members. Today we worked with the thinking hats; they were beneficial for our team players as they demonstrated the necessity for individuals to deal with troubles and tribulations from a multitude of unusual, atypical and separate angles. The hats also support and enhance our group project as they permit each person to identify any inadequacies in the way that they move toward problem solving, as a result allowing them to remedy such concern.
The founder of six hats is De Bono. He alleged that the key to a successful use of the Six Think Hats method is based on using a planned focal point of the debate. The Six Thinking Hats process can be used in a succession to initially delve into all the problems, after that build on a set of resolutions, lastly we need to decide on a remedy by means of critical assessment of the answers and clarification arrived at.

We found that because everybody is paying attention to a specific approach at any one time, the group is inclined to be more mutually agreeable than if one individual is responding emotionally, this is red hat, while a different personality is trying to be impartial this is white hat and in spite of everything another character is being critical of the line of reasoning which materializes from the debate a black hat.
